About Us: Many of the individuals at IFSS come from specialized industries. They bring many skills and years of experience, all of which helps define our value as a company. Many of these team members worked together at QCFSI and Tyco SimplexGrinnel's South Florida branches for the last 10 years. They completed a large number of fire and security system installations as a team for QCFSI and Tyco SimplexGrinnell. When they joined IFSS, our company entered the security business on more than an installation basis. This allowed us to utilize the same team with a more comprehensive turn-key solution (integrated systems solutions). After the COO (John Peterson) and the Southeast Florida VP (Jesus Carias) joined our company, we then added people from other security/telecommunications backgrounds including Justin Peterson, formerly Branch Manger of the QCFSI Ft. Myers Florida office.
 

Chief Operating Officer - Mr. John Peterson has overall corporate responsibility and is the primary qualifier. Mr. Peterson coordinates the functions of all of the departments and receives progress reports from these offices and from the sales on a weekly basis. Our COO also ensures the Project Manager has all of the resources necessary to complete the projects. Resources are generally obtained from the main office.


 
President - Branch Manager SW Florida - Mr. Justin Peterson is responsible for the management of the entire SW Florida operations and all non corporate activity in SW Florida. It is his responsibility to see that overall customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the project. Justin is a State Certified EF contractor, a NICET II certified in fire alarm and security and has a great deal of "Hands on" experience in Sound Systems engineering and implementation. Justin also holds numerous product manufacturers' certifications as well as being FASA/BASA (Fire Alarm and Security) certified. He also holds a certificate from the State of Florida ECLB as a FASA certified trainer.
Justin’s background includes approximately 4 years at QCFSI and 4 years at SimplexGrinnell in S. Florida in the fire alarm and security industry. He has personally been both a project manager and technician in the delivery and installation of over $5M of fire and security projects.

 
Vice President- Branch Manager SE Florida - Mr. Jesus Carias is responsible for the management of the entire SE Florida operations. He is responsible for all non corporate activity in SE Florida. It is his responsibility to see that overall customer satisfaction is maintained throughout the project. He is also responsible for coordination between all departments and the overall management of the entire process. He is a FASA/BASA (Fire Alarm and Security) certified trainer.
Jesus’ background includes approximately 6 years at Simplex in S. Florida and over 15 years in the fire alarm and security industry. He has personally project managed the delivery and installation of over $25M of fire and security projects
